If you are in to live theater or performance around the twin cities you’ve heard of Kevin Kling(storyteller extraordinaire). So of course it was imperative that I attend Interact’s performance of “Feast Of Fools” which is currently performing at the Lab Theater in Minneapolis until Dec. 9th.

If you enjoyed Kevin Bacon’s brilliant film Footloose and were upset law forbidding dancing & rock music then Feast of Fools will certainly activate the rebel in you. To sum it up the play focuses on the one day a year when social hierarchy was flipped and “fools” were the hierarchy for a day. The celebrations were aplenty with intricate music by the quintet comprised of:
Aaron Gabriel – accordion
Julie Johnson – flute
Carolyn Boulay – violin
Dan Turpening – accordion
Robert Stacke – percussion
Feast Of Fools is playing until December 9 2017, so there is ample time to check out a performance.

Have a HAPPY Thanksgiving everyone!
